The desk is all I wanted it to be. There were 2 broken parts when I unpacked it but I called custoner wervice at Bush and had replacement pieces 3 business days later. the instructions were clear and I took only 2.5 hours to put together. Thank you for an excellant product.

Very nice desk for the money. Top was broken but they sent a new one out right away without any questions or additional shipping. Would buy again. Thank you

I saw the store model and noticed that the desk was a little lopsided, the sales person told me the store clerks had put it together wrong. Well, I was snookered. The holes for all the screws were not lined up properly. the entire desk slants so badly that I couldn't install the bottom drawer or the door.
