trouble with damage control November 12, 2009

purchased two carts the first one was no problem easy to put together
the second one we received with damaged wood boards.
requested to have them replaced.
received replacement boards but wrong size boards that were too large.
called manufacturer and seller of product..both parties very responsive....but unable to provide the original size boards.
now with two carts..one with the original size boards and another with larger size boards.
note larger size boards accomodate larger laptop computers, but create a stability issue in that the cart may topple over !
