Perfect for long hours at the computer July 6, 2008 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I am currently working at the computer at the office for 10 hours a day then coming home and working at the computer another 2-4 hours so it is important that I am comfortable...that't a lot of sitting! I am 5'4" so whenever I sat down at my desk at home and got the chair at a comfortable height for working, my feet weren't flat on the floor and that is bad...on my back and on the circulation in my legs.
I looked at a lot of footrests and this one is perfect! It has the widest range of height adjustments of any I looked at and it is easy to change the angle with my foot. The gelpad is covered with fabric and is soft and squishy under my bare feet. The gelpad can be removed from the footrest so I am sure it will be easy to wash when needed. The footrest is also lightweight and can be easily moved when cleaning.
It requires a small amount of assembly but nothing major, just a few bolts. Mine wouldn't tilt when I tried it so I completely disassembled it and put it back together...5 minutes tops...and now it is fine.
Excellant ! If you're in doubt, don't be ! Super Comfortable! June 8, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I was looking for a foot rest for under my desk to help elevate my feets/legs. Many hours on the computer sometimes resulted in swollen ankles. My doctor said it would help alot to elevate my feet periodically during the day. I was attracted to this footrest because of the soft memory pad for comfort. The platform tilts if you prefer, or locks stationary. I leave me in the free tilt positions, and it is extremely comfortable, strong, well made, solid. The platform is rather large which is more than enough for both feet, and doesn't move. I find the free tilt allow for some restlessness on my part, shifting, etc and find it enjoyable to tilt a bit, wiggle and I'm sure it's probably good for the circulation and more BENEFICIAL than just resting on a stationary surface.
A real find! Like it much ! AAA+++
Perfect addition for new office chair July 2, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This footrest is the perfect addition to my new office chair. It offers different positions and can be locked or unlocked (if one wishes to change foot position easily). It is the right size, comfortable because the area for your feet is cushioned and sturdily made. I am very happy with this product. Highly recommend.
The BEST!! September 19, 2008 I have been looking for a footrest for awhile and i finally got this product. It is the best thing for me!!!! Especially with these new office chairs, they seem to have more seat and your legs are just dangling!! This was the best foot rest for short people and I guess tall people too. It adjust perfectly!!!
Exactly what I needed November 9, 2008 After getting cramps in my feet at work, I decided to try this footrest. It's very uncomfortable, fits well under the desk and when I can, I remove my shoes and enjoy the soft gel under my feet.
